As a Schwarz Pharma shareholder, how and when can I return my shares to UCB SP GmbH?
It is possible to sell your shares to UCB during a limited period of two months. This period started with the announcement of the registration on July 13, 2007.
Your shares may be bought for the agreed compensation amount of €104.60.
For the exact details of the procedure, please refer to the announcement of the compensation offer. Other related technical bank information can also be obtained from your depositary bank.
It is envisaged that credit of the compensation of €104.60 per shares will likely take place within five to nine banking days after transfer of the shares to the central processing office, namely Deutsche Bank.
The transfer of shares pursuant to the compensation offer is free of commissions and charges for shareholders of Schwarz Pharma.
