Investor Relations Team: The Autumn Tour

It’s the same story for our investor relations team. After a few calm weeks we are back in the saddle this September, picking up where we left off in August when we published our half-year financial results.
True, for those sunny spells in the garden, life was more about pruning leaves than ‘profit & loss’. But here we are, racing full steam ahead into a series of road shows, conferences, meetings and calls with investors.
Just like last year, September is the time to get on the road again and – dare I say it – I can’t wait!
I suppose it’s a privilege to be able to say that I like my job, but it’s the truth. Our ‘Back to School’ tour takes us to London, Frankfurt, Brussels and Paris before it’s time to catch up with investors on the other side of the Atlantic.
I am heading to the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research (ASBMR) annual meeting in Minneapolis in October to watch and learn – not least because of the bone loss disorder project we are working on with Amgen.
I’ll probably take the opportunity to call in to Chicago while I'm in the ‘neighbourhood’. Feel free to drop me a line if you’re in that part of the world and have questions.
That, of course, is what it's all about. I’m always here to answer questions, share ideas and hear your views.
We already had the kick-off meeting to "re-invent" our IR website and to prepare for the Annual Report 2012 which should be available to download by the end of February 2013. Let us know what you like and dislike about our site or share some ideas for what you would like to see, so we make sure we serve you even better in future.
Some busy weeks await us but that just makes time move more quickly. How many weeks until Christmas?
