Acquisition of own shares in the framework of employees’ long-term incentive plans (LTI)

10 May 2012 – In application of art. 207 of the Royal Decree executing the Company Code, UCB publishes having acquired 95 000 UCB shares on the Brussels stock exchange on the dates and at the prices indicated in the press release.

3 May 2012 – In application of art. 207 of the Royal Decree executing the Company Code, UCB publishes having acquired 16 153 UCB shares on the Brussels stock exchange on the date and at the price indicated in the press release.

On 26 April 2012, a wholly owned subsidiary of UCB S.A. also purchased € 70 million of the outstanding 2015 convertible bond (€ 500 million 4.50% convertible bond issued by UCB S.A. on 30 September 2009).
