UCB Research and Development is comprised of two organisations; UCB New Medicines™ and UCB Global Projects and Development.

UCB has two Research hubs, at Braine-l'Alleud (Belgium) and Slough (UK), where UCB NewMedicines™ is located.
Global Development and Regulatory Affairs activities take place at centres in the US (Atlanta, GA; Research Triangle Park, NC), Europe (Monheim) and Japan (Tokyo).
