In Research and Development we are committed to providing the environment and resources in our Centres of Excellence that encourage innovation and recognise and develop early ideas that might lead to the development of novel medicines for the treatment of severe diseases. Integral to this is time for experimentation, scientific discussion, thought and reading. Scientists are encouraged to take 20% of their time for creative activities that enrich scientific endeavour.

Our multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams are made up of world class talent, coming from a variety of backgrounds to collaborate internationally and work towards achieving our mission in becoming a global biopharmaceutical leader
